Michael S. Saddik is the Co-founder and CEO of AnaTango

Before becoming CEO of AnaTango in July 2009, Michael served as Executive Vice-President of Concerro (formerly BidShift) and General Manager and V.P.  of  Sales at Covad Communications where he led operation, client services, and sales teams. 

Prior to his work at Covad Communications, Michael played a key role as an executive team member of NextWeb, a successful start-up which gained national recognition as an Inc. 500 company (#104 in 2005). At NextWeb, Michael directed the organic growth engine of the company by instituting individual team member accountability, resulting in a 300% revenue increase over two years.

An accomplished strategic executive, he brings over 15 years of executive management experience in which he led client services, business operations and technical issue resolution in North America and the Middle East.

Michael studied Executive Management at Columbia University in New York, and earned an M.B.A from Pepperdine University in California with emphasis on Executive Leadership. Since 2005, he  serves as a board member with the Lupus Foundation of Northern California.

Won M. Kim is Executive Vice President of AnaTango

Won is an experienced and proficient accounting and finance professional with a broad base of expertise in business operations, venture capital funding, manufacturing, wholesale distribution and retail operations.

His past roles as a senior auditor and director of business development for a public accounting firm, business owner, IRS revenue agent, and controller of a $50 million company has provided him with unique and valuable knowledge, proficiency and business acumen.  Mr. Kim's broad experiences allow him to quickly and effectively identify opportunities, analyze problems and recommend cost-effective solutions to increase profitability.

Won received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Loyola Marymount University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the California Society of CPAs. Since being elected in 2009, he has served on the Board of Directors of Fashion Group International - Los Angeles and was elected to the position of Regional Director in 2012. He is an advisory board member of the Art Institute - Hollywood.
